Photo Studio Rental Memberships
10 spots available
Nothing is more professional and convenient than inviting your photography clients into a studio space in a stand-alone private building just a few steps away from the parking lot. It’s warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Enjoy easy access roll-down-backdrops with studio strobes or natural window light and timeless brick walls. The studio also has a full kitchen, large single stall bathroom/changing room, heating/cooling access control, and various furniture.
Become a vetted monthly studio rental member and receive exclusive benefits.
Benefits Include
• discounted studio rental pricing
• free lighting equipment rentals (strobes, light modifiers, hot-lights, c-stands, sandbags, various colors of seamless backdrops, etc.)
• 1-hour minimum rentals (not available for standard renters)
• short notice booking
• 1-hour in person coaching (for those wanting to learn about our lighting equipment and how to use it)
• Provide feedback to help make the studio better for everyone.
How does it work? — Rental members can choose between 4, 6, and 12 month commitments. Other than different pricing, all members receive the same benefits. Members will be billed once a month at their chosen level and provided with a door access code to the building. Studio time can then be booked (even on short notice) by email, phone, or text. There’s a few house rules that apply to keep things organized, safe, and fair for everyone.
*Application does not guarantee membership. We are looking for a small number of professional photographers to work with to keep studio availability at a convenient level.
More about us
We want to create lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with photographers in our community.
Photography studios are not cheap to operate and take big, long term commitments that most photographers can’t or shouldn’t take on. Most photography studios rarely stay in business more than a couple years (usually when the lease is up). We’ve been in business at our studio for over 10 years and plan to continue sharing it with other photographers and creatives at sustainable rates.
While individual studio rentals will remain available, we want to offer lower cost monthly membership rates with the ability to book a single hour of studio time. This is something we’ve never offered before because quite frankly, it’s too much work to vet a renter for a one hour rental.
We are looking to build a relationship with a limited number of photographers to share our space with on a more regular basis at the benefit of cheaper rental rates, booking flexibility, access to studio lighting, and short-term commitments. In return, we believe these vetted photographers will be less maintenance on our end. Win win for everyone.
We are looking for professional, responsible, and collaborative photographers. If this is you, we’d love to hear from you. Please fill out the form below to the best of your ability.
